Abstract

This study proposes a Big Data Analytics (BDA) framework to support evidence-based management decision-making by systematically integrating data acquisition, storage, processing, analytics, and visualization layers. The framework leverages structured and unstructured organizational data to generate actionable insights through descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics. By aligning advanced analytics techniques with managerial objectives, the model enhances decision quality, reduces uncertainty, and improves organizational performance. The framework also emphasizes data governance, scalability, and real-time analytics to ensure reliability and strategic relevance, making it suitable for dynamic and data-intensive business environments.
