Urban areas face waste issues due to lack of local disposal options, leading to dumping in vacant plots. This causes pollution, health risks, and loss of recyclables. This paper proposes a compact Decentralized Modular Waste Processing Hub that enables local segregation and processing of waste. The system integrates mechanical segregation, composting, and recyclable recovery. It reduces landfill dependence, transport cost, and improves cleanliness in dense communities.
